I manage your shipment from the first quote through delivery and closeout. You work directly with me, with Freight Command Center as the service and Robo Load Builder supporting the work behind it.
My background in software and application design goes back to 1993. I entered freight brokerage in 2024 and built Robo to help keep shipment details and follow-up connected.

Freight Command Center is the service brand for the freight I manage through UCW Logistics. You work directly with us from the quote request through delivery and follow-up.
UCW Logistics
The brokerage behind the freight transaction.
UCW Logistics provides the licensed freight-brokerage platform, carrier network and established business infrastructure through which I provide brokerage services.
Contracts, carrier agreements and insurance sit with UCW Logistics.
Robo Load Builder
The software working behind the scenes.
Robo Load Builder is the proprietary AI-assisted app I built to keep shipment details, carrier activity, communication, tracking, documents and open items connected around the load.
You do not need to learn it. I use it, and you get the benefit.
Robo is not a UCW Logistics product.
