Who operates this site. Freight Command Center is operated by Jay Rock. FCC is software I developed to streamline freight from quote to delivery, not a UCW Logistics product. I provide freight brokerage services through UCW Logistics.
A quote request is not a booking. Sending a quote request, and any price I send back, does not create a confirmed booking, a contract of carriage, or a guarantee that equipment is available. Nothing is booked until we have both confirmed the details in writing. A price reflects the information given and the market at that time, and can change if the shipment details change.
Brokerage, not carriage. I arrange transportation as a freight broker through UCW Logistics (MC 841454 · USDOT 2444076). I am not a motor carrier and do not transport freight myself. Carriers are independent companies responsible for the transportation they perform.
Information on this site. The equipment guides, trailer reference and articles are general information to help you describe a shipment. They are not advice for a specific load, and they are not loading, securement or safety instructions. Dimensions, weights and capabilities vary between individual trucks and trailers, so confirm the specifics of your shipment with me before booking.
What I ask of you. Give accurate shipment details, since a quote is only as good as what it is based on. Do not send payment details, identity documents or other sensitive material through the quote form. Do not use this site to attempt to disrupt it, or to harvest information from it by automated means.
Content and software. The text, photographs, diagrams and software screenshots on this site are my own work and are not licensed for reuse. Freight Command Center is software I developed; it is not a UCW Logistics product, and this site does not give you access to it. Map data in the route illustration is © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Links to other services. The UCW Logistics customer application, load boards and social links are operated by others, under their own terms and privacy practices.
Changes. The site and these terms change as the service changes. The date above shows the last update.
