What this website does, and does not do, with your information.

Quote requests. This website is operated by Jay Rock. The form prepares your contact and shipment details in your browser, then opens a draft in your own email app addressed to my UCW Logistics inbox. You must review it and click Send in your email app; the website cannot confirm whether you sent it. Quote details are not submitted to a website email service or saved in a website database or browser storage. Your email provider processes the draft, and the email becomes part of our correspondence after you send it. A request does not create a booking. Please do not include payment information or sensitive documents.
ZIP lookup and security. Entering a U.S. ZIP requests a city and state suggestion through Cloudflare using Zippopotam.us. Only the ZIP is forwarded to that lookup service, not your contact or shipment details. Cloudflare also processes network and browser information to host and protect the site. Optional Google Analytics. Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It uses cookies and information about site visits to help improve these pages. Our site code does not send quote-field entries or page query strings to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and you can change it from the link in the footer. See how Google uses information from sites. Browser privacy tools may block Analytics or its controls.
What this site does not do. There is no customer login, no account area and no password on this website. It does not sell or share your information, does not run advertising or retargeting pixels, and does not build a profile of you.
Other services and links. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The UCW Logistics customer application and the social links open services with their own privacy practices; application information is entered on their site, not collected by this website.
