What this website does, and does not do, with your information.

Quote requests. This website is operated by Jay Rock. When you submit a quote request, this website saves your contact and shipment details, planner information and any stated assumptions in a protected Cloudflare business database, separate from visit analytics. We show a received reference only after storage succeeds. A notification containing the reference, contact and lane summary goes to our UCW Logistics inbox. The owner can retrieve the structured original into the Robo Load Builder desktop application to match your company/contact and handle the request. Form details remain in browser memory while you complete or retry the form; they are not stored in browser storage. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser/network signals to prevent abuse. A request does not create a booking. Please do not include payment information or sensitive documents.
Quote record access and retention. Quote originals are available only through authenticated owner access, including through Robo. They remain available while awaiting owner import, including when the desktop is offline. Imported requests and their protected recovery copies are retained as freight-business records while handling the request and associated correspondence. We review cloud copies after 400 days; this release does not automatically delete business requests. Corrections are recorded separately so the original request remains identifiable. Contact us below to request review or removal. These business records are separate from the timed analytics retention described below.
ZIP lookup and security. Entering a U.S. ZIP requests a city and state suggestion through Cloudflare using Zippopotam.us. Only the ZIP is forwarded to that lookup service, not your contact or shipment details. Cloudflare also processes network and browser information to host and protect the site. Optional Google Analytics. Google Analytics loads only after you allow it. It uses cookies and information about site visits to help improve these pages. Our site code does not send quote-field entries or page query strings to Google Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, and you can change it from the link in the footer. See how Google uses information from sites. Browser privacy tools may block Analytics or its controls.
Our own visit measurement. We record page visits, tool use, approximate city/region/country, referral and campaign labels, and whether an email draft was prepared. Random visitor and session identifiers connect these steps into a visit; these are pseudonymous records, not a claim of complete anonymity. Where our regional storage rules permit it, a first-party visitor identifier is kept in local browser storage and the session identifier in tab storage. In consent-limited regions without permission, measurement uses temporary identifiers and does not treat them as reliably identifiable new people. Internal/test visits are marked so they can be excluded. FCC’s first-party records are our primary site-traffic measure; optional Google Analytics is a separate source.
Quote attribution. We keep the generated quote reference and a summary of the pages and tools used before the draft was prepared. This does not include the contact or shipment fields, and a prepared draft is not proof that an email was sent. For structured requests, server receipt is observable. Where FCC journey measurement is available, a source/landing-page summary is attached to the business request and a server-confirmed submission is counted. Missing journey data stays unavailable. No individual Google/Bing search query is inferred, and contact or shipment fields are not sent to Google Analytics or generic analytics events. Raw IP storage for attribution is OFF. Ordinary visit analytics do not store raw IP addresses or full browser User-Agent strings.
Performance and search reports. Cloudflare automatically supplies one cookie-free Web Analytics/RUM beacon to measure real-user page performance. We store daily performance aggregates from that feed, not raw IP addresses, User-Agent strings or fingerprints. Cloudflare network and Worker reports are separate aggregate measurements. Google and Bing webmaster reports supply aggregate search, indexing and keyword observations, which do not identify individual site visitors. Crawler records describe the recognized agent/category, identity confidence, page and response status; our owner analytics do not retain raw IP or User-Agent from those records. Crawling a page does not mean it was indexed, ranked or cited by an AI service.
How long we keep measurement. Detailed journeys are removed after 180 days of session inactivity, after daily totals have been preserved. Inactive visitor records and quote-attribution summaries are retained for up to 400 days. Daily analytics, search, performance and crawler history are kept for five years for trends. Operational records are kept for 400 days and completed SEO decision history for five years; active editorial work remains while needed. Recovery snapshots are normally retained for 30 days; the newest three verified snapshots are kept until newer recoverable copies replace them. Google operates its own retention controls for consented Analytics data. These measurement limits are separate from freight-business correspondence you send.
What this site does not do. There is no public customer login, account area or password on this website. We do not sell personal information or run advertising or retargeting pixels. Hosting and the optional services described here process information for their stated purposes.
Other services and links. Fonts are hosted with this website. The UCW Logistics customer application and the social links open services with their own privacy practices; application information is entered on their site, not collected by this website.
