01 — Before you start
Have these details handy.
- Company information, EIN and requested monthly credit amount
- Billing address, invoice email and accounts payable contact
- Bank reference information
- Three business references and their contact details

02 — Important
Enter your broker's name on your application.
For the fastest service, please enter Jay Rock's name on the application so your setup is routed to the right person.

After you apply
UCW reviews. We get ready for your freight.
UCW reviews your application and determines approval and your credit limit. If credit is extended, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30). Approval timing varies; submitting the form does not guarantee approval or book a shipment.
Once your account is approved, we can coordinate your shipment and confirm the booking details together.
