- Confirm the facility, address and entrance — including which gate.
- Confirm the window, and the closing time — the closing time is what actually matters now.
- Confirm the freight is genuinely ready — staged, wrapped, labelled and reachable.
- Get a driver or dispatch status — a real location, not a reassurance.
- Tell us the closing time — it decides whether we wait or start recovering the load.
Is the truck late or is the pickup wrong?
